Upcoming project

The Senshi on the wire project has been brought up again:


and I think it just might be time to do another one. Originally I was going to do a CS based one, buuuuuut I think it would be more fun if it was open to all OC's again. I am having half thoughts of throwing up the challenge on who can we get more of: a certain group OC or personal OC's; but that leads to a few questions:
-Should I allow for more than 1 OC to be drawn right away?
-Should I have one main file for all the OC's and then seperate pic based on one group ( Constellation-Senshi , CrystalAnimamates StardustSenshi etc) *note* If I go this route I will message the founder of each group to okay this.
-Not that I have any idea *what* but should there be some sort of raffle prize to the group that gets the most OC's? (All the people entered in that pic get put in for a raffle?)
